By using DOOP you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
What DOOP is
DOOP is a personal organiser that turns your own notes into tasks, reminders, questions, ideas and notes. It is an organisation tool only: it does not do schoolwork for you, and it is not a substitute for your school's own systems or deadlines. Always check the dates and details DOOP suggests.
Your account and content
- You own everything you put into DOOP. We only use it to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not use DOOP to store or share content that is unlawful, harmful to others, or that you do not have the right to use.
Fair use
AI sorting, transcription and scanning cost money to run, so they are rate-limited. Automated or bulk use of these features outside the app is not allowed.
Connected services
Google Calendar and Google Drive are optional. Your use of them is also governed by Google's terms. You can disconnect them at any time in Settings.
Availability and changes
DOOP is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or online, and AI suggestions can be wrong. Features may change; if a change affects your data you will be told in the app first.
Ending the relationship
You can delete your account in Settings at any time, which removes your data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
